  • $100,000 for teen pregnancy prevention group activities

Who can apply

Organizations eligible for funding must meet the following criteria:

• Have a history of serving the target communities and populations in Minneapolis
• Demonstrate experience providing either:
  • Non-medical home visiting services
  • Group youth development activities focusing on teen pregnancy prevention
• Show reliable fiscal responsibility
• Serve Minneapolis residents (projects must take place in Minneapolis)

Contract requirements

Eligible organizations must also meet City of Minneapolis contract requirements. This includes City insurance requirements, such as:

• Worker’s compensation insurance
• Commercial general liability insurance
• Auto insurance (if applicable)

Qualified 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization(s), LLCs, or for-profits that meet the criteria are eligible to apply for funding. Local, regional or state government entities are not eligible for funding under this RFP.
