The 311 Department is the primary source of contact for the City. We provide a single access point for all non-emergency information and service requests.

  • We answer questions using our knowledge tools.
  • We start service requests for other departments to resolve.
  • When 311 can't resolve a customer request or issue, we connect the customer to an expert within the City who can.
