The City requires you to update your license if you sell all of your corporate shares.

Definition

You need to update your license when:

  • You sell all company shares.
  • Your company keeps its original license and assets.
  • Your business continues regular operations. 

This applies to the following licenses:

  • On-sale liquor, wine or beer
  • Brewery or distillery
  • Off-sale liquor

Requirements

Applications include the required State of Minnesota information. 

Fee

The fee for this application is $500.
