Parking ramp or lot issue
You can report problems with paying, maintenance, long waits or other issues at Minneapolis parking facilities.
Before you begin
- You must provide the name of the parking ramp or lot.
- If the issue is with a pay station, we need the ID number of the pay station. This helps us find it quickly. If you don't have the ID number, describe the exact location of the pay station.
- You must provide an email address.
- We'll email you with a case number and expected completion date. We aim to address parking issues within three days.
