Damaged or missing cart
What to do
If your City-serviced garbage, recycling or organics recycling cart is damaged or missing, contact Solid Waste & Recycling.
- Each cart has a serial number and is assigned to a specific address.
- If your cart is missing, look in your alley to see if it was moved or placed at another house. If you find your cart at another location, you can take it back. If you don't know your cart's serial number, call us to find out.
- We repair cart wheels and lids. If we don't complete your repair within one month, call us back.
