The project will connect several parks and schools. It will also serve as a low-stress corridor for people to walk, bike, and roll. Types of improvements may include:
- ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades
- Traffic calming
- Low-stress bikeway
- Bump outs and medians
- Improved crossings
- New signage and pavement markings
