You can use our online application for all commercial Green Cost Share funding requests.

What to do

Before you begin

To be considered for funding, you must:

  • Complete every section of the application
  • Attach all required documents listed in the application

Application

This application consists of five sections.

  1. Applicant information
  2. Project information
  3. Pollution reduction and energy savings
  4. Funding information
  5. Application questions

Complete a section to make the next section appear.

The City is not liable for funds promised to customers due to a contractor misrepresenting this program.

Application review dates

We review applications up to four times a year.

The application review dates for 2026 are:

  • Feb. 2
  • April 1
  • June 1
  • Aug. 3

Commercial properties

This application is only for commercial properties.

The following are considered commercial properties in this program:

  • Commercial/businesses
  • Nonprofits
  • Residential properties with five or more units
  • Properties enrolled in the 4d affordable housing program
