Area Median Income (AMI) 

AMI is a measure of household income.

It is used by utilities and governments to determine the eligibility for income-qualified programs. The limits are updated annually in May by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

Use this table to see if your household size qualifies for programs that use 80% and 150% AMI.
