AMI is a measure of household income.
It is used by utilities and governments to determine the eligibility for income-qualified programs. The limits are updated annually in May by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
There is a question with an AMI table in the funding finder. It will help you see if your household qualifies for programs that use AMI for eligibility.
