To choose a street or highway to adopt, complete the online form below. The City provides free bags and gloves for cleanup and recognizes volunteers with an Adopt-a-Street or Adopt-a-Highway sign.

When you fill out the form below, please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The street name
- The dates you plan to do cleanup
By participating in this program, you agree to the requirements on the Adopt-a-Street or Highway page.
