  • Police have made every reasonable effort to reunite items with their owners.
  • The legal waiting period has passed.

Details

  • Location: Back parking lot of the Minneapolis Police Department Property & Evidence Unit
  • Thursday, October 19, 2023
  • Viewing from 4 to 6 pm.
  • Auction begins promptly at 6 pm. We expect it to end at approximately 8 pm.
  • There are no public restroom facilities available. Please plan accordingly.

Auction terms

  • Terms of the auction are cash and local checks only accepted with proper Minnesota State ID or driver's license.
  • All auction items sold "as is."
  • All sales are final.

Payment and pick up

  • Pick up on Thursday, October 19, immediately following the auction. 
  • Payment and pick up will be in-person at the Property & Evidence Unit
  • We strongly recommend social distancing. 

 

Requirements

  • We require a photo ID to register.
  • We sell all items as is.

Payment requirements:

  • We accept cash or local check only.
  • We require a Minnesota driver’s license or State ID with check purchases.
  • The driver’s license or ID address must match the address on the check.
