Overview

The Affordable Housing Trust Fund program helps pay for building or fixing affordable rental housing with 10 or more units in Minneapolis. The update lets the program use Local Affordable Housing Aid (LAHA) money to help cover operating costs if the building doesn’t bring in enough rent.
