Family field day

On Oct. 18, you can join the Minneapolis Police Department for a free public event.

About this event

You can join the police department for Family field day at the Special Operations Center. This is a free, family-friendly public event.

There will be face painting, a raffle and food trucks. 

We will have stations for participating in:

  • Yoga 
  • High intensity interval training (HIIT)
  • Biking

The following police specialty units will be present: 

  • Canine
  • SWAT
  • Bicycle Rapid Response Team (BRRT)

This event is presented by the Minneapolis Police Foundation.
