The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) figures out the area’s middle income each year for the seven-county metro area. They adjust it based on how many people live in a household. This count includes everyone at the same address. Income rules can be different depending on the program. To see if you qualify, talk with a loan administrator.
