Yard waste collection has ended

Yard waste collection has ended for 2025. The last yard waste pickup was on your collection day the week of November 24 - 29, 2025. If you still have yard waste you'd like to get rid of before collection begins again next spring, visit Hennepin County's Yard and tree waste web page. Each drop-off will have different restrictions on the type of yard waste accepted and how it needs to be prepared. Contact the site in advance to confirm hours, cost and whether your yard waste will be accepted.

Shovel out your carts

Shovel a path through the snow, including snow left by the plow, from your carts to the alley or curb line. If the collection crew cannot easily wheel your carts to the truck, they cannot service them.
