What to know
To make a report, you'll need the
- License plate number
- State that issued the license plate
- Vehicle color
- Vehicle make
- Address where the vehicle is located
Required items when reporting
- Address information
- Address number and street, cross street for intersections (search is available).
- Note: An accurate address is important. Please include a full address, including street, avenue, road, etc. and direction i.e. north, south, northeast, etc.
- Vehicle information
- License plate number
- State
- Vehicle make
- Your email address
- When you submit the form, you'll receive an email confirming your request.
- Please keep this email - it includes the case number.
- When we address your issue, we'll send you a follow-up email explaining how we addressed the issue.
Use this to report a vehicle is parked in an accessible parking space or on a public street or alley.
Use this report when the vehicle is on private property and not in an accessible parking space.
