Project overview

The scope of the project will include replacement of storm sewer pipe and manholes that have aged and need replacement. Shingle Creek Parkway Outfall Replacement Project is located at four intersections where Shingle Creek Parkway intersects the following streets:

  • Dupont Avenue N
  • 46th Avenue N. & Emerson Avenue N
  • Fremont Avenue N
  • 47th Avenue N

The storm sewer at each intersection outlets to Shingle Creek and has created some erosion along the stream bank. The project will incorporate a design that dissipates energy and provides bank stabilization at the outfall.
