Morris North residential ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades and resurfacing
The City upgraded pedestrian ramps to ADA standards in 2025. The City will replace the pavement surface in 2027.

This project is part of the ongoing street maintenance program.
ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades
City staff completed upgrading pedestrian ramps to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards in 2025.
Resurfacing
City staff will resurface the streets in 2027. A new top layer of asphalt pavement will help extend the life of the streets. The new pavement should last at least 10 years.
Traffic impacts
The roads will be closed to traffic in intervals during milling and paving work for periods of time. Roads will remain open during the evenings and nights.
