Dowling Ave N, Humboldt Ave to Lyndale Ave
The City will rebuild less than a mile of Dowling Avenue North, between Lyndale Ave and Humboldt Avenue North.

We are making the street safer and easier to use with new:
- Sidewalks
- Bike lanes
- Utilities
This work will involve the entire right-of-way, and will include:
- New sidewalks
- ADA pedestrian ramps
- Improved bike way
- New pavement, curb, and gutter
- Utility improvements
- Signal improvements, as needed
- New signage, as needed
- New pavement markings, as needed
