7th St. S. Reconstruction, Hennepin Ave. to Park Ave.
The City will rebuild about two-thirds of a mile of 7th Street South, between Hennepin Avenue and Park Avenue.
Project overview
We are making the street safer and easier to use with new:
- Sidewalks
- Bike lanes
- Utilities
- Bus stops
This work will involve the entire right-of-way, and will include:
- New sidewalks
- ADA pedestrian ramps
- Improved bike way
- New pavement, curb, and gutter
- Utility improvements
- Signal improvements, as needed
- New signage, as needed
- New pavement markings, as needed
