This project will rebuild the sewer under 3rd St North. It will replace old sewer pipes.

The project will last about 5 months. It will affect people living, working, or traveling near 3rd St North between Hennepin Avenue and 2nd Avenue North.

Traffic impacts

Roadwork and utility work involves use of heavy equipment. These will increase in work areas:

• Noise
• Vibration
• Dust

You might see:

• Traffic lanes that narrow or are restricted during construction.
• Parking lanes that will be closed during construction.
• Pedestrian detours around work areas. These will be set up as needed to enable construction. Expect greater impacts at intersections where work is occurring.
