Non-emergency police reports

You can file a non-emergency police report in person at the service center.

We can help you report incidents like:

  • Theft
  • Lost Property
  • Damage to Property

Reports can be filed in person until one hour prior to the service center closing.

You can also file non-emergency reports by calling 311 or completing the online form.

Discount transit fares

The City can help you apply for the Transit Assistance Program (TAP) offered by Metro Transit.

The goals of this transit assistance is to:

  • Make public transit more affordable to people with lower incomes.
  • Provide everyone access to reliable public transportation.
