Home visits for Indigenous families

We offer culturally relevant support for families during pregnancy and early parenting.

Overview

Our Culturally Specific Home Visiting program is designed for American Indian and Indigenous families affected by substance use. We offer compassionate culturally grounded support during pregnancy and the early childhood period.

Home visitors build trusting relationships with families. They offer guidance on parenting, wellness, and healing from challenges like:

  • Substance use
  • Mental health concerns
  • Domestic violence

Families are supported every step of the way. They are connected to resources that help them grow strong and thrive.
