Seven Points Tax Increment Financing Plan
Overview
Seven Points will be located at the northeast corner of Hennepin Avenue and 31st Street West. This new housing development contains:
- 46 affordable apartments
- 182 market rate apartments
The TIF Plan establishes a new housing TIF district to help finance the costs of a housing project. It includes a budget for the use of tax increment revenue generate by the new TIF district.
