We are seeking input on the Seven Points Tax Increment Financing Plan.

Deadline for comments

The deadline to submit comments is Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12 noon (Central Time).

Overview

Seven Points will be located at the northeast corner of Hennepin Avenue and 31st Street West. This new housing development contains:

  • 46 affordable apartments
  • 182 market rate apartments

The TIF Plan establishes a new housing TIF district to help finance the costs of a housing project. It includes a budget for the use of tax increment revenue generate by the new TIF district.
