Details

The City invites artists and artist teams to apply for the Northside Greenway project. The four-mile Greenway route is from 44th Ave N. to 4th Ave N. on Humboldt Ave N. and Irving Ave N.

The Greenway will:

• Go through six distinct neighborhoods
• Connect to or be near five public schools
• Pass through or be near nine parks
• Cross several major roads and transportation routes in North Minneapolis

• August 18, 2026, 3 p.m. - Virtual informational meeting.
• August 19, 4 p.m. - Deadline to email your questions.
• August 26 - Review the posted questions and answers document.
• September 14, 4 p.m. - Upload a completed application.

Attend a meeting to get your questions answered.

The optional artist informational meeting will be held August 18, 3 p.m.

Fill out an Intent to Apply form online early. 

We encourage you to fill out the Intent to Apply form as early as possible. When you do, you’ll get helpful updates about deadlines.

The deadline for the form submission is September 9, 4pm.

Complete the Intent to Apply form

Email any questions you have by August 19, 4 p.m. Central Time.

• All questions regarding this application should be been submitted by the deadline.
