Board or commission member email

Learn how to log in to your City email account as a board or commission member.

Overview

Some boards use City email addresses for all board-related communications. This promotes transparency and allows the City to respond to any data requests.

If your board uses City email addresses, your staff liaison will provide you with your account information.

Verify your identity

The City's IT department requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help keep your account secure.

MFA is a security process that uses two or more steps to confirm your identity. It usually uses something you know, like a password, and something you have, like a phone.

For example, when you log in to your email, you'll get an alert to your Authenticator App on your phone to enter a code.
