Food access
Goals of the amendment
We want to make it easier for people to grow, make, distribute and access affordable, healthy food that fits their culture. To do that, we’ll look at what has made food access harder in the past and what still affects it today.

- Chapter 565, Definitions

Adoption Process
Changes to the zoning code must go through a rigorous review process.
- City Planning Commission, Committee of the Whole (date to be determined)
- City Planning Commission (date to be determined). This meeting includes the opportunity to provide testimony at a public hearing.
- City Council Business, Housing, & Zoning Committee (date to be determined)
- Minneapolis City Council (date to be determined)
