Submit a bid

We outline the steps for submitting a bid in eSupplier.
Step 1

Log in to your eSupplier account

Step 2

Click on Contracting Opportunities

  • You will see two tabs, Public and Invited.
  • The public tab shows all events.
  • The invited tab shows a few events tailored to you.
Step 3

Click on individual events to get more details

You can see the:

  • Full bid package
  • Deadline for submitting a bid
Step 4

Click on the green Bid on Event button

  • Find the button near the upper right of the event page.
  • Answer all the required questions.
  • You may be asked to upload documents.
Step 5

Click on the Submit button

You'll receive a message confirming that we received your bid.
