We have renewed our search for a community partner to redevelop the Peoples’ Way site at George Floyd Square. A new request for qualifications (RFQ) has been released. The process is open to non-profit or for-profit organizations. Applicants must have relevant experience in real estate development.
Proposals are due by 4 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, 2026.
