During Welcoming Week, we:

• Connect neighbors of all backgrounds
• Create welcoming spaces
• Share information and resources about becoming a US citizen

We are a welcoming city

We are a welcoming city, a member of Welcoming America. To recognize Welcoming Week, the City hosts yearly events. We do this to welcome new residents to Minneapolis.

Welcoming Week is a nationwide celebration. Celebrating together helps to foster a sense of community.
