Our theme studies give context to our city's history. They help us understand our culture and heritage so we can plan for the future.
Overview
We use grant funding to study certain topics and times in our history. This is known as a context study.
The studies result in historic context documents that help us:
- Identify important parts of our history
- Guide historic preservation planning
These documents cover a lot of history, but they are not exhaustive. More information may come to light in the future.
