March - April

Screening, interview and selection

Invitation to interview

  • After we review your application, we will send an invitation to interview if selected

  • Invitations to interview will be for a specific site and employer

  • We interview two to three candidates for each open placement

  • Being offered an interview does not guarantee a placement

Selecting who we interview

Our candidate selection committee will only invite applicants who:

  • Meet our criteria

  • Show program goals in supplemental questions 


  • You will be interviewed by our site coordinator for a specific employer
  • The interviewer will ask questions about your professional interests and job skills

Getting an offer

Selection and notification will happen in Early April 

June - August

Internships and leadership training

Internships run from June 3 to August 16, 2024

Orientation dates are June 3 and June 4, 2024

You are responsible for finding your own housing
