0% APR Energy Efficiency Loan
About the program
They provide 0% APR loans up to $20,000 and 10 years for home energy-efficiency upgrades.

- One- to four-unit owner occupied properties in Minneapolis
- Household income under 150% Area Median Income
- Qualifying income under $161,500
- Minimum credit score of 620

- Attic, wall and rim joist insulation
- Air source heat pumps
- Heat pump electric water heaters
- Gas furnaces and boilers paired with an air source heat pump
- Triple pane windows replacing single pane windows
