We are looking for an agency to apply or grow community-driven, non-medical family home visiting services.
These services support the health and wellbeing of Minneapolis families with young children by:
Applicants can receive up to $150,000 in total funding.
Bids are due Monday, May 11 at 2 p.m.
Nonprofit and for-profit organizations are eligible to apply for funding.
Those eligible for funding must meet the following criteria:
