The City requires $500,000 in general liability insurance.
Veterinary certification
Submit certification for each horse from a veterinarian licensed by the State.
Hours of operation
Hours of operation are:
- Subject to Public Works parade, festival and other event restrictions
- Limited to 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Rates
You must post rates on the carriage so that passengers can see them when:
- Entering the carriage
- Seated in the carriage
