The approved policy is available. A document showing changes from current policy is also available (called a Special Order).

This approved policy will become effective after training has concluded. We anticipate the effective date to be August 23rd, 2025. If we need to extend the training, the effective date will also be extended. We will post any updated documents here.

If the approved policy changes because of training or other reasons, we will post the updates here.

We are compiling a summary of the community feedback received and how it was incorporated. We will post the summary here when complete.
