The review panel is a team of community members and City staff.

The panel:

• Reviews applications
• Recommends which projects to fund

City Council votes to approve contracts. After approval, the contract is sent out for signatures from the vendor, the City Attorney, the NCR Director, and the Director of Procurement.

Work starts once all parties have signed the contract.
