Before you begin
Most services at Minneapolis Animal Care and Control (MACC) are available for walk-ins during our open hours, but some are by appointment only. Use the online form below to book your appointment.
MACC requires all pets to be licensed in order to receive services. If your pet does not have a license, we will contact you in advance to pay for the license and hold your appointment time.
Appointment scheduler
There are four parts to appointment scheduler. You'll need to:
- Select your appointment type
- Select the date and time
- Add your personal details
- Provide additional information
Appointment types
Appointments are available to the public, unless otherwise noted.

We offer low-cost vaccines and microchips for pets to Minneapolis residents. If you have more than one animal, please book one appointment per animal. Staff will reach out to you before the appointment for payment. We prefer you use a credit or debit card, but we accept cash and checks. |
