After you submit your complaint or report

Civil Rights staff will:

  • Contact you within 5 business days.
  • Communicate with you, as necessary, throughout the duration of the investigation.
  • Reach the final outcome of the investigation within 1 year, if not less.
  • Connect with you if there are special circumstances causing a delay.
