Administrative fines

This list shows the maximum fines for violating the City's Code of Ordinances. 

The default fine for violations of the Housing Code is $250. The default fine for violations of any other title is $200, unless there is a specific entry on this list of administrative fines. 

Repeat violations, the same type by the same person, within a 24 month period are subject to a double fine, up to $2,000.
