Request traffic calming

You can request that we add traffic calming measures to your street.

Send traffic calming requests by August 1, 2025

You can request to add traffic calming to a street in 2026. Requests for 2026 construction season are open until August 1st, 2025.

What to know

Anyone can make a traffic calming request for a street. This includes residents, business owners, neighborhood or business organizations.

How to submit a request

  • You can use the form to send a traffic calming request for a street.
  • Click, drag or zoom in and out to interact with the request map.
  • Click ">>" to view the map legend.

Check if a street is eligible

  • Click the search box in the top left. Type in an address or intersection.
  • You can also navigate to the location on the map.
  • Mobile users can use the "find my location" option.
  • Information will appear letting you know if the street is eligible.

Fill out the form

  1. After you select an eligible location, select "Application form."
  2. The map will open to the Neighborhood traffic calming request form.
    • The request form automatically adds the location you had selected.
  3. Enter all required details to submit your request.
    • You'll need to give your name, email and details about your traffic safety concerns.
    • You can also attach an image to the request form.
