What to know

A seasonal food permit is an annual permit. Seasonal vendors can take part in farmers markets and public events in Minneapolis.

You can submit a permit application in two ways:

Contact 311 to request a PDF application.  311 will setup a request to have an application mailed or emailed to you.

Deadline

You must submit your application at least two weeks before your first event.

Exemptions

You do not need to fill out this application if you are a:

• Cottage food vendor
• Product of the farm vendor
