  • Lends money with personal property used as collateral
  • Lends money in exchange for a mortgage on personal property
  • Buys personal property with the intent of selling it back again 
  • Sells personal property on consignment

  • You must provide a surety bond with your application. 
  • A Personal Information Form must be completed by the applicant, manager(s) and each person who owns 5% or more. Publicly traded corporations do not need to complete this for owners.
