Scope documents

All rehab projects that do not receive gap funding must prepare a Detailed Developer Scope document.

Purpose of document

The Detailed Developer Scope document outlines:

  • All the repairs you will make to the property
  • Estimated costs for each repair

Getting ready to write the document

Before you can write your Detailed Development Scope document, you must:

  • Review our Required Rehabilitation Scope checklist.
  • Prepare a plan to complete all repairs needed, based on the checklist.
  • Prepare a plan to fix any other problems that are specific to the property.
