Van White Memorial Blvd ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades and resurfacing
The City will upgrade pedestrian ramps to ADA standards in 2025. The City will replace the pavement surface in 2026.

This project is part of the on-going street maintenance program.
ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades
The City will upgrade pedestrian ramps to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. This work begins in the Spring of 2026.
Resurfacing
City staff will resurface the streets in this area in 2026. We replace the top layer of asphalt pavement to extend the life of a street. The new pavement should last at least 10 years.

Traffic impacts
Roads will remain open during the pedestrian ramp upgrades. We will close the sidewalk as needed. City crews and equipment may temporarily block traffic flow.
Project schedule
- ADA ramp construction will begin the week of April 6th
- Select curb and gutter replacement will begin the week of April 6th
