This project is part of the on-going street maintenance program.

ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades

The City will upgrade pedestrian ramps to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. This work resumes in the Spring of 2026.  

Resurfacing

City staff will resurface the streets in this area in the Spring of 2026. We replace the top layer of asphalt pavement to extend the life of a street. The new pavement should last at least 10 years.

Virtual Informational meeting

There will be a virtual information meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. This meeting will provide an overview of the project and answer any questions. The meeting will discuss the special assessment process

Traffic impacts

The road will be closed to traffic during milling and paving work for periods of time. Roads will remain open during the evenings and nights.
