This project is part of the on-going street maintenance program.
ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades
City staff upgraded all pedestrian ramps to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards in 2025.
Resurfacing
City staff will resurface the streets in this area in spring of 2026. We replace the top layer of asphalt pavement to extend the life of a street. The new pavement should last at least 10 years.
Virtual informational meeting
There will be a virtual informational meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026. This meeting will provide an overview of the project and answer any questions. The meeting will discuss the special assessment process.
