Project overview

The City is starting a project to stop rainwater from entering the sanitary sewer system. The work will happen near 22nd Ave N and 23rd Ave N and 2nd St N.

To fix the problem, the City will improve how rainwater flows at these two locations:

  • 22nd Ave N and 2nd St N (CSO 001)
  • 23rd Ave N and 2nd St N (CSO 117)

 We are getting the necessary permits for the project now. Construction should begin soon.

  • Parking restrictions
  • Revised pedestrian and bicycle routes
