19th and 20th St Bikeway
The City will add concrete bikeway curb on 19th Ave from Washington Ave to Riverside Ave, and 20th Ave from Riverside Ave to Cedar Ave.

The City is planning to:
- Add concrete curbs to the bikeways on 19th Ave and 20th Ave.
- Connect sections of existing curb-protected bikeways on 19th Ave.
- Connect to the curb-protected bikeway on the 10th St bridge over the Mississippi River.
The new concrete curb will be within the space of the current bikeways. 19th and 20th Ave are on the All Ages and Abilities Bikeway Network. This project will make it more comfortable and safer by adding more protection for people riding bikes.
The project will include:
- New bikeway curb.
- Supporting infrastructure as needed.
