Our team:

  • Coordinates CPED's strategy, data and policy
  • Leads the creation of CPED and the City's work on:
    • New housing
    • Equitable development

Zoning administration

Our team:

  • Inspects new construction to make sure it follows the approved plans.
  • Looks into concerns from the public and other agencies about:
    • Planning issues
    • Possible violations of City zoning rules
