Our team:

Our team:

  • Coordinates CPED's strategies on:

  • Leads data analysis that improves CPED’s:

Zoning administration and enforcement

Our team:

  • Inspects new construction to make sure it follows land use plans
  • Responds to questions and concerns about:
    • Zoning issues
    • Violations of zoning rules
  • Checks building permits to make sure they follow zoning rules
  • Staffs the Zoning Board of Adjustment
