Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Plan Modifications
Overview
We are seeking input on the modification of 59 TIF Plans.
The TIF changes update the budget to help pay for future housing projects. The changes:
- Amend the budget to increase spending on the construction of affordable housing
- Add language that describes allowed uses of revenue
- Allow the City Council to spend money on affordable housing but do not grant funds to a specific project
